A Guide to Booking a Private Show with Paul Needs Music
Agents please click
here Ensure your venue has sufficient space! Paul will require a space of at least 2.5 metres deep by 4 metres wide (approx 7' 6" by 12') to set up his equipment. Similarly, ensure access to this area is sufficient for equipment to be moved in and out. Insurance & licences - it is the engagers responsibility to ensure that their venue has the appropriate performance licences (e.g. PRS/PPL), and that their customers and guests are insured against accidents, etc. While Paul Needs Music (PNM) does carry £1M in Public Liability Cover, it cannot take any responsibility for matters beyond its control - e.g. loose or slippery flooring and stairs, inappropriate fire escapes, etc. However, reasonable care will be taken by PNM to ensure any issues arising from his equipment placement, as the venue permits. Any safety issues will be brought to the engager (or representative) prior to performance commencing. Once all these considerations have been taken into account, contact Paul Needs Music to discuss your event and prospective booking. Payment. Once details have been confirmed, PNM will send you a contract for the date confirming all details agreed between us. A non-returnable deposit will then be payable with the return of the signed contract. The balance of the payment is due prior to the performance starting. Like an increasing number of high street shops, Paul Needs Music does not accept cheques for balance payments.
